After a bit of a winter-sports accident yesterday I’ve ended up with damaged ligaments in my thumb. I’d like to say that it was while I was off-piste skiing in the Alps, but in actual fact we took the boys sledging – indoors at Xscape! It was pretty sore and I had it x-rayed at A&E. Fortunately nothing was broken and I’ve been told to keep exercising it. It’s a bit too swollen to play the piano easily and it’s not very comfortable at the moment, so for the next few days I’ll be using up some of my ‘reserve’ recordings! I’ll let you know when I’m back to the daily publishing!
