84/365 Songs: Stardust – Hoagy Carmichael

365songs-marToday’s song is Stardust by Hoagy Carmichael. I’ve always enjoyed playing this song, and it seems I’m not alone! The random facts about today’s song include the fact that this is one of the most recorded songs of the 20th century with 1,800 recordings – make that 1,801! Good morning
Thank you for a very good morning with “Stardust”. My father was a renowned musician during World War 2. Sadly, when I was growing up in Brisith Malaya, I was too young to really appreciate such beautiful songs. However, when I became a mother, I found such songs soothing and full of meaning. Again, my sincere thanks for making my day so beautiful.
